The best of the best! Our salesperson assisted us in buying a Kia Carnival and he went way beyond what anyone could or should expect. We were buying this car using non-dealer financing and we live out of state - the car was going to Maryland. Our salesperson coordinated with us daily about the financing status and when the van would be ready for shipment. Our shipper cancelled on us and we had to arrange for a family member to take the train up to Riverhead to pick up the car. Our salesperson even offered to meet the person at the train station! The service advisor and the service manager were absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately due to a distance clause in my car's warranty they were unable to complete my repair. They did however provide me with diagnostics to give to my dealership, and even contacted the dealership to let them know what needed to be done. That kind of communication and willingness to help solve a problem is not something that you come by often, and is very appreciated! The complimentary car wash and vacuum were such a nice surprise. Ok, where do I start. I had some major issues going on with my Kia. Took it to you guys almost 2 months ago. I was in contact with the service advisor, who had the job of delivering the bad news to me. I needed a new engine. She went over and beyond to help me. Eventually she had to give me the news that I'd have to pay for a new engine. I laughed and told her Hell no. In return she said let me just keep trying. To make a long story short she fought for me. I got a new engine. Didn't think it would be possible but she delivered. All of this was going on in a bad time in my life. She helped me beyond what words can explain.
